WESTPORT/NORWALK, CONN
Julia Skinner, a longtime resident of Norwalk and Westport CT passed away peacefully on Saturday May 21, 2011 in Norwalk Hospital. She was 80.
Julia was born March 10, 1931 in Danbury CT. She worked as a hotel housekeeper in Norwalk for many years prior to her retirement.
Julia is survived by her daughter Sharon Ruttenberg and Sharon's husband Lawrence, and her son Michael Skinner and Michael's wife Joan. She is also survived by her grandchildren Paige Skinner and Stacy and Heather Ruttenberg.
Funeral arrangements were held privately and at the convenience of the family. Norwalk's Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 5 East Wall Street is honored to assist the family with the arrangements.
